Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or qualifying social work background is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in human services is required if no degree is present.
• Certifications in health and service coordination are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate social services and community outreach for residents.
• Manage programs, events and outings across properties.
• Work independently on multiple compliance projects.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Establish working relationships with staff, board members and the public.
• Ensure services meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Identify problems and opportunities for change; participate proactively.
• Respond to supervisory direction and feedback.
