Job summary

The Community Builders is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to oversee day-to-day resident services at the assigned property. You will assess resident needs, manage partnerships with service providers, supervise program activities, and guide volunteers to assist on-site.

The role requires five in-office days per week. Responsibilities include building resident relationships, linking to local providers, supporting housing stability, and coordinating with Property Management on inspections

Qualifications

• BA/BS in human services or related field and 2+ years’ experience in community service.
• Experience with seniors and non-elderly disabled populations and housing stability.
• Knowledge of policies affecting housing and/or property management preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook; Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents to support their needs and goals.
• Develop strategic partnerships and connect residents to local service providers.
• Engage residents in community building activities to nurture care for the property.
• Support residents at risk of losing housing.
• Assist Property Management with unit inspections and re-certifications.
• Collect data to document services and outcomes.
• Manage budgets and administrative tasks for contracts and grants.
