Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Property Management experience.
• 1 year of management experience with Property Management software; Real Page preferred.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee occupancy, leasing, marketing, maintenance, rent collections and compliance at the property.
• Manage budgeting, financial goals and reporting to owners and stakeholders.
• Lead staff, provide training and ensure a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and coordinate move-ins/move-outs and inspections.
• Address resident concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and policy adherence.
