The role emphasizes collaboration with community partners, program development, and ongoing training while balancing office duties with resident interactions in a dynamic housing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in social service delivery with elderly or family populations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of community resources and support services.
• Strong advocacy, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer software.
• Customer service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Resident Support: Provide individual and group support to residents, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Connect residents with appropriate community resources and services.
• Assist residents with accessing benefits and programs.
• Advocate for residents' rights and interests.
