Job summary

The Community Builders is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day resident services at an assigned property. You will assess resident needs, build partnerships with local service providers, supervise program activities, and support housing stabilization with the Community Manager.

This position requires five in-office days per week. You will engage residents in programs, coordinate volunteers, track outcomes, and help manage contracts and grants to sustain property

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors and people with disabilities to support housing stability.
• Knowledge of mental health issues and disabilities relevant to housing.
• Ability to build partnerships with local service providers.
• Cultural awareness and ability to work across diverse communities.
• Data collection and measurement of program outcomes.
• Knowledge of housing-related policies is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; Yardi knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents to support needs and goals.
• Develop partnerships and connect residents with community services.
• Engage residents in community-building activities and maintain property care.
• Support residents at risk of losing housing and assist on-site programs.
• Coordinate with Property Management on inspections and re-certifications.
• Collect data to document services and outcomes.
• Manage budgets and administrative tasks for contracts and grants.
