Qualifications

• Licensed RN/LPN/LVN.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must complete all Atria training programs.
• Must complete state required licensure training.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff; cover staffing when needed; manage a staggered schedule with the RSD.
• Provide training and orientation to new staff and ongoing staff development.
• Establish a medication system in line with local, state, and company regulations.
• Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety codes and federal regulations for assisted living.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance to residents.
