Atria Senior Living in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to support the Resident Services Director, establish a medication system, and perform daily Quality Enhancement reviews. You will maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as RN/LPN/LVN in California.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Must complete state training programs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and memos.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and driving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff; manage on-call rotations.
• Provide training and orientation to staff.
• Establish and maintain a medication system compliant with regulations.
• Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews.
• Ensure adherence to safety codes for assisted living.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance to residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, staff, and Executive Director.
• Perform assessments and update service plans.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure optimal services for residents.
• Look for ways to improve quality and report issues.
