Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services professional in California. The role supervises staff, coordinates medication management, and ensures high-quality resident care in accordance with state regulations and company policies.

You will lead training, manage budgets, and collaborate with families and physicians to support residents’ well-being and independence in the community.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN/LPN license per state regulations.
• Experience in Assisted Living and direct resident care required.
• Strong leadership, recruiting and training skills.
• Ability to coordinate medication management and safety compliance.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and schedule resident services staff.
• Establish and maintain a compliant medication system.
• Perform resident assessments and update service plans.
• Operate the department within budget and policies.
• Coordinate training and orientation for staff.
• Ensure compliance with state health codes and company policies.
• Communicate with residents, families, and physicians.
• Drive community initiatives and promotion of quality care.
