Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. seeks a Resident Services Supervisor in California to support the Resident Services Director. You will establish a medication system, perform daily QA reviews, and maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians, while supervising staff and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will train new staff, provide ongoing development, assess resident needs, and manage service plans. A on-site role with driving responsibilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as RN, LPN, or LVN.
• CPR/First Aid certification as required.
• Must complete all Atria training programs.
• Must complete state-required licensure trainings.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Clear English communication; read and present to groups.
• Able to perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff with a staggered, on-call rotation.
• Provide staff training and orientation; ongoing development.
• Maintain a medication system compliant with regulations.
• Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety codes for assisted living.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance.
• Communicate with residents, families, staff, and exec director.
• Perform assessments and service plan recommendations.
• Prioritize tasks as needs change; improve quality and safety.
• May perform other duties as needed.
