Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to support the Resident Services Director. The role involves establishing and maintaining a medication system, conducting dailyQuality Enhancement reviews, and fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing training, and ensuring adherence to state and company regulations while delivering daily living assistance and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN/LPN/LVN with current licensure in state of residency.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and provide strong customer service.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
• Must be able to perform driver responsibilities and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff; cover staffing when needed with RSD.
• Provide training and orientation to new staff and ongoing development.
• Establish and maintain a medication system compliant with laws and company procedures.
• Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews to ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and company policies for assisted living communities.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance to residents and communicate effectively with families.
• Perform assessments/reassessments and adjust service plans as needed.
• Prioritize tasks to maintain high-quality service and look for improvement opportunities.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
