Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to support the Resident Services Director in implementing programs and maintaining a compliant medication system. You will oversee daily quality reviews and ensure resident well-being.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, and coordination with residents, families, and physicians, while upholding safety standards and company policies. Strong English communication and team leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as RN/LPN/LVN and able to meet state requirements.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver strong customer service.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Clear English communication; reading and presenting to groups.
• Ability to perform simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Resident Services Director in implementing programs.
• Establish and maintain a medication system compliant with regulations.
• Complete daily quality enhancement reviews and ensure policy adherence.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance to residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff, and coordinate tasks.
• Supervise staff scheduling and training, with on-call coverage.
