Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Glendale, CA is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to assist the Resident Services Director in implementing programs and managing the department. You will establish a medication system, perform daily Quality Enhancement reviews, and maintain positive relations with residents, families, and physicians.

The role requires RN/LPN/LVN licensing, CPR/First Aid, training compliance, and strong leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN/LPN/LVN.
• CPR certification and First Aid as required.
• Must complete all state required training to maintain licensure or certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff; cover staffing as needed; maintain a staggered schedule with the RSD.
• Provide training and orientation to new staff and ongoing development to current staff.
• Establish and maintain a medication system adhering to local, state, and company regulations and procedures.
• Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews to ensure regulatory compliance and policy alignment.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety codes for assisted living communities.
• Provide activities of daily living assistance to residents.
• Communicate with residents, families, department heads, staff, and Executive Director clearly.
• Perform assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and service plan recommendations.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure optimum resident services as needs change.
• Identify and report safety or quality issues to the RSD or Executive Director.
• May perform other duties as needed.
