Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Novato, CA, is seeking a Resident Services Supervisor to support the Resident Services Director in implementing programs and managing the department.

You will establish a medication system, conduct daily quality reviews, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering daily living assistance and effective communication with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN/LPN/LVN and current licensure.
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification.
• Must complete all Atria training programs and state-required training.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise staff; cover shifts as needed.
• Provide training and orientation to new staff.
• Maintain medication system and adhere to regulations.
• Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and communicate with families and physicians.
• Perform assessments and adjust service plans as needed.
