Job summary

Eden Housing is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator I to join our EHRSI team in San Leandro, CA. You will deliver universal services and tiered support to residents across housing stability, economic mobility, health, digital inclusion, and youth/family engagement.

As a frontline role, you will coordinate programs, assist residents with benefits enrollment and applications, and document outcomes in Salesforce. Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in human services or related fields.
• Entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills will be considered.
• Willingness to learn and work across multiple service domains.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 universal programs and coaching-based support across service domains.
• Respond to resident crises using trauma-informed de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain CRM records of resident interactions and referrals within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with site staff to coordinate housing, economic mobility, health, and digital inclusion programs.
• Support residents with applications, eligibility screenings, and referrals to community resources.
