Job summary

Eden Housing, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator I to deliver and coordinate tiered service bundles across housing stability, economic mobility, health and wellness, digital inclusion, and youth/family engagement at EHRSI properties.

The role focuses on trauma-informed coaching, first-level support, and accurate documentation in the CRM, with responsibilities spanning site-based coordination and collaboration with partners to improve outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience and/or training in human services, community outreach, customer-facing roles, or related fields
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• Entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn will be considered

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 universal programs directly, including workshops, wellness checks, afterschool programs, digital literacy, and financial literacy
• Provide coaching-based first level support across housing stability, economic mobility, health and wellness, digital inclusion, and youth/family services
• Recognize when referrals to specialists are needed and coordinate warm handoffs under supervision
• Document all interactions and referrals in the CRM within required timeframes
• Collaborate with site teams and community partners to sustain programming and outcomes
