Job summary

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn will be considered

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 1 universal programs and workshops across domains
• Provide coaching-based first level support and referrals to specialists
• Document all resident interactions and outcomes in CRM within 48 hours
• Coordinate with property staff and partners to support housing stability and economic mobility
• Ensure safety, trauma-informed care, and equitable service delivery across properties
