The role bridges direct service and program coordination, ensuring fidelity to services, mentoring RSC I staff, and expanding partnerships with regional specialists and central functions.

Competenze

• 2-4 years of experience in human services, community development, social services, or related fields.
• Advanced domain knowledge across housing, economic mobility, health, digital and youth/family support.
• Ability to deliver services autonomously across multiple sites with coaching and mentorship.

Mansioni

• Deliver Tier 1 universal programs across multiple sites and coordinate services.
• Provide crisis response, safeguarding, and complex case management per policy.
• Coordinate partnerships, referrals, and data-driven program improvements.
