Job summary

Abode is seeking a Resident Services Manager to oversee permanent supportive housing services. You will supervise site-based Resident Services Coordinators, ensure monthly reports, and maintain budget adherence while collaborating with leadership.

The role emphasizes leadership, community partnerships, and service delivery excellence within a mission-driven nonprofit setting in the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3 years case management experience with homelessness or low-income populations.
• 2 years of staff supervision, budget, and contracts management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a vision for services offered through the Supportive Housing programs and guide staff toward that mission.
• Empower employees to meet the needs of individuals and families served.
• Oversee service coordinators delivering on-site services at multiple housing sites.
• Collaborate with property management and community partners to ensure strong service delivery.
• Provide staff training and development to maintain high-quality services.
• Coordinate with external organizations to broaden access to community services.
• Support access to assessments and services for developmental concerns, childcare, and related needs.
• Monitor and document services and activities in case files and databases.
