Job summary
Abode Services is seeking a Program Manager, Services in Alameda County to lead a multidisciplinary team focused on helping adults and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
You will supervise program staff, coordinate with case management partners, and oversee service delivery and contracts, while driving housing stability interventions and ensuring funder compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, social work, or related field.
- 3 years of professional experience in human services or related field, with collaboration with low-income families.
- 2 years of direct experience in services to homeless or extremely low-income individuals.
- Requires use of personal vehicle, valid CA driver’s license, current insurance, and clean DMV record.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to all Program staff and interns.
- Offer regular feedback and performance development plans.
- Ensure program staff meet goals in funded grants.
- Coordinate training, schedules, caseloads, vacations, and assignments.
- Support staff in client crises and housing stability interventions.
- Collaborate with property management and on-site resident services staff.
- Supervise staff and provide coaching, training, and disciplinary action as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting to funders.
