Job summary

Liberty Military Housing seeks a Service Coordinator for a multi-family community in Virginia Beach. You will handle move-in/move-out processes, coordinate maintenance, schedule vendors, and ensure all service requests are completed in a timely, professional manner.

You will interact with residents and vendors, maintain logs, and support operations to uphold LMH's quality standards. A valid driver’s license and flexibility, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in residential property management or customer service preferred.
• Experience with managing vendors or ordering services (appliances, plumbing, electrical) preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel) and related software (Payscan, Yardi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct home inspections related to moves.
• Coordinate vendor services and manage make-readies.
• Maintain make-ready boards and ensure timely completion.
• Work with maintenance to assign and schedule requests.
• Provide residents with move-out charges and inspection results.
• Create purchase orders for vendor services and products.
