Job summary

Liberty Military Housing in San Diego, CA is seeking a Service Coordinator to support the resident move-in/move-out process, schedule maintenance, and ensure timely completion of service requests. This role focuses on strong customer interaction and coordination with vendors to uphold LMH's service standards.

You will work with the maintenance team, create purchase orders, monitor make-readies, and communicate results to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management or customer service is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct home inspections for move in/out processes.
• Coordinate vendor services and manage schedules.
• Maintain make-ready boards and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Work with maintenance team to assign and track service requests.
• Provide residents with charges related to move-out inspections.
• Create purchase orders for vendor services and products.
• Generate and close work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Monitor water intrusion and issue 3-day notices as needed.
• Conduct resident follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain logs and records in system software.
