Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Washington state to support residents across a multi-family community. You will handle phones, process service requests, and assist with move-ins and lease administration while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. A valid driver's license is required as travel to locations may be necessary.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in residential property management or customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel) and basic internet/email skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle.
• Strong communication and customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take service requests from residents.
• Assist prospective residents with lease and move-in information.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Manage resident complaints and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
• Assist during move-out, including notices to vacate and transfers.
• Process lease renewals and provide community information to residents.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule service requests and inspections.
• Follow up to ensure services meet LMH standards and resident satisfaction.
