Job summary

Liberty Military Housing is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage move-in/move-out processes and coordinate with vendors and the maintenance team. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service to residents and maintaining timely completion of work orders in a multi-family Community.

You will communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and teammates, schedule inspections, manage make-readies, and supervise work orders while ensuring adherence to LMH’s quality standards and resident

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in residential property management or customer service preferred.
• Experience with vendors or ordering services preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel to regional locations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct home inspections related to move in/move out.Assist with ordering and scheduling vendor services.
• Maintain make-ready boards and assign work to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with maintenance to assign and schedule service requests.
• Provide residents with charges related to move out/final inspections.
• Create purchase orders for vendor services and products.
