Liberty Military Housing in Virginia Beach, VA seeks a Service Coordinator to manage move-ins/outs for a multi‑family community, with heavy resident interaction and coordination of vendor services. This role requires a valid driver’s license and flexibility including weekends.

You will schedule inspections, track work orders, communicate clearly with residents, and support maintenance teams to ensure timely completion and high customer satisfaction. Proficiency with Yardi and Payscan is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in residential property management or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with vendor coordination and service ordering (appliances, plumbing, electrical) preferred.
• Comfort using basic software: Word, Excel, email, internet searches.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct home inspections related to move in/move out processes.
• Assist with ordering and scheduling vendor services.
• Maintain and monitor make-ready boards for workload distribution.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure timely completion of requests.
• Provide residents with move out charges and final inspection details.
• Create purchase orders for vendor services and products.
• Generate and track work orders for maintenance and make readies.
• Monitor water intrusion and communicate notices to residents.
• Follow up with residents after services and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain logs and systems (Keytrak, pest control, Payscan, Yardi).
• Support with distributing notices and coordinating property walks.
