Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months+ experience in residential property management or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with personal computer skills and software (e.g. Yardi, Payscan).
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, management, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with lease, community information, and move-in process.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure paperwork is completed and entered into the system.
• Respond to and manage resident complaints and service issues, coordinating with staff as needed.
• Support residents during move-out, including notices to vacate and transfers.
• Manage lease processes and provide information about community and resident services.
• Coordinate post-turn unit inspections and move-in inventories with new residents.
• Follow up on requested services to ensure completion to LMH standards.
• Promote resident relations and respond to concerns in a timely manner.
• Participate in outreach marketing and attend department meetings and events.
