Qualifications

• Knowledge of Yardi is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to all requests from the submittal process through the completion.
• Prioritize and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Place service calls as required or directed by the manager.
• Maintain broad knowledge of company processes, procedures, and policies.
• Track and follow up on all outstanding work orders while providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate maintenance requests for tenants.
• Prioritize schedules of maintenance staff.
• Utilize property management software system to log and track work order requests.
• Follow up with residents to ensure timely response and resolution of related issues.
• Scheduling vendors for unit turns and gathering bids from vendors for multifamily projects.
• Walkthroughs of completed units to verify market-readiness.
• Walkthroughs of moved-out units to determine the work that needs to be completed by unit turn vendors.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
