Job summary

Friedman Real Estate in Bedford, OH is seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to assist the maintenance team at The Loop. You will provide excellent service to residents, handle submittals through completion, and prioritize requests in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years in customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role and strong phone personality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience and/or knowledge in Yardi is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information pertaining to requests from submittal through completion.
• Prioritize and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Place service calls as required or directed by the manager.
• Maintain knowledge of company processes, procedures, and policies.
• Track and follow up on all outstanding work orders while delivering excellent customer service.
• Coordinate maintenance requests for tenants.
• Prioritize schedules of maintenance staff.
• Log and track work order requests in the property management software system.
• Follow up with residents to ensure timely response and resolution of issues.
• Schedule vendors for unit turns.
• Gather bids from vendors for multifamily management projects around the community.
• Conduct walkthroughs of completed units to verify market readiness.
• Conduct walkthroughs of moved-out units to determine work needed by vendors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
