Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to join its maintenance team at Lake Castleton in Indianapolis. The role supports the resident experience through responsive service, coordination of maintenance requests, and clear communication with residents and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Yardi is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience and/or knowledge in Yardi is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information from submittal through completion of requests.
• Prioritize and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Place service calls as directed by the manager.
• Maintain knowledge of company processes, policies, and procedures.
• Track and follow up on outstanding work orders with excellent customer service.
• Coordinate maintenance requests for tenants and schedule staff.
