Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support our maintenance team and enhance the resident experience across our communities in Indianapolis. You will handle inquiries from submittal through completion and coordinate timely maintenance responses with a focus on superior customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a customer-service role, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn Yardi.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with Yardi is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information from submittal through completion.
• Prioritize and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Place service calls as required by the manager.
• Maintain broad knowledge of company processes, procedures, and policies.
