Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support the maintenance team and enhance the resident experience within our community. The role requires handling submittals, prioritizing maintenance tasks, and coordinating vendor bids and unit turns.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role.
• Strong phone presence and professional communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information from submittal through completion of requests.
• Prioritize and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
• Place and track service calls as directed by the manager.
• Maintain knowledge of company processes, procedures, and policies.
• Coordinate maintenance requests for tenants.
• Schedule and manage maintenance staff workloads.
• Log and track work orders using the property management software.
• Follow up with residents to ensure timely response and resolution.
• Schedule vendors for unit turns and gather vendor bids for projects.
• Conduct walkthroughs of completed and moved-out units to confirm market readiness.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
