Qualifications

• Knowledge of or ability to learn KCDC policies and procedures and housing programs.
• Ability to learn eligibility and rent calculations for rental assistance programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi property management software.
• Strong customer service skills with professional communication.
• Ability to organize records and follow instructions.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
