Knoxville's Community Development Corporation (KCDC) is seeking a Leasing & Resident Services Specialist for Montgomery Village. You'll greet visitors, process leases, and manage housing certifications while maintaining accurate records in Yardi.

This non-supervisory role involves coordinating with the Property Manager, handling office duties, and ensuring compliance with housing programs. Strong customer service and detail orientation are essential.

Formación

• Knowledge of or ability to learn KCDC policies, and housing program regulations.
• Knowledge of eligibility and rent determinations for rental assistance programs.
• Proficient in Yardi and Microsoft Office; strong clerical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors, applicants, and residents; answer calls and route inquiries.
• Address questions and requests promptly, taking appropriate action or involving the right team member.
• Lease available apartments and maintain an active waiting list.
• Maintain resident files and enter information in Yardi.
