Knoxville's Community Development Corporation (KCDC) is seeking a Leasing and Occupancy Specialist to support the leasing office and ensure efficient day-to-day operations. You will handle leasing, recertifications, inspections, and tenant communications to minimize vacancy loss.

You will use Yardi and MS Office to organize files, process verifications, and prepare documents for lease signings and hearings. The role requires excellent customer service and adherence to regulations.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of clerical support experience.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn KCDC policies and compliance rules.
• Proficiency with Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors, answer calls, respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain resident files and update information in Yardi.
• Manage waiting lists to reduce vacancy loss and prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate verifications for annual and interim rent, unit transfers, and move-ins/outs.
• Generate and distribute tenant correspondence and reports.
