Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and respond to calls and emails promptly.
• Process leases, recertifications, and inspections in accordance with policy.
• Maintain resident files and enter data into Yardi accurately.
• Prepare lease signing documents and coordinate with applicants.
• Schedule appointments and manage to-do lists to minimize vacancy loss.
