Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, applicants and residents; answer calls and route inquiries professionally.
• Lease available apartments and maintain an accurate waiting list per program requirements.
• Keep resident files and enter/update information in Yardi.
