Job summary

Huntington Village Homes is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests and maintain community presentation. You will support the Community Director and Leasing team, ensure timely responses, and help administer move-ins, inspections, and invoicing with a focus on resident satisfaction.

You will use Yardi daily, collaborate with the management team, and contribute to resident retention activities while maintaining professional communication and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication skills.
• Experience coordinating service requests and inspections.
• Ability to manage move-ins, move-outs, and billing basics.
• Organized with strong file-keeping and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for all resident inquiries.
• Coordinates requests with the property management team by entering work orders into YARDI.
• Answers questions and resolves concerns with courteous, professional responses.
• Inspects models and vacant homes to ensure they are tour-ready.
• Manages move-in/out processes, lease documents, and inspections.
• Tracks rental balances and ensures accuracy of fees and charges in Yardi.
• Maintains curb appeal and office/community appearance.
• Follows up with residents to ensure work orders are completed satisfactorily.
• May assist the Community Director/Manager and Leasing team as needed.
• Participates in monthly resident retention functions.
