Job summary

Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC seeks a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests with the property management team and ensure community appearance and excellent service.

You will manage resident files, assist in marketing, conduct move-ins/outs, inspect homes for tours, and support the Community Director and Leasing team while driving for company business as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, property management, or related field.
• Experience with computers and common office software required.
• Previous sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with the property management team.
• Provide high level customer service and follow up until resolution.
• Inspect model homes and prepare for tours as needed.
• Administer move-in lease documents and inspections.
• Coordinate notice to vacate, pre-inspection, move-outs and final inspections.
• Monitor rental accounts and ensure correct charges in YARDI.
• Maintain curb appeal of office and community areas.
• Follow-up with residents to ensure work orders are completed.
• Support Community Director/Manager and Leasing team.
• Participate in monthly resident retention events.
• Drive company or personal vehicle for company business >50%.
