Hunt Military Housing Shared Services, LLC is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to support residents and coordinate with the property management team. You will manage inquiries, assist with tours and moves, and ensure resident files and procedures are handled with care.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional communication with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries and coordinate requests with the property management team.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and monitor status to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide high level customer service and follow up on resident interactions to achieve satisfaction.
• Assist in inspecting model and vacant homes for tours and readiness.
• Administer move-in lease documents and move-out processes, including final charges and utilities.
• Coordinate notice to vacate, pre-inspection, and final inspection for outgoing residents.
