Job summary

Hunt Companies, Inc. in Dover, DE seeks a Resident Services Specialist to provide exceptional service to residents, coordinate requests with the property management team, and help maintain community curb appeal.

You will assist with move-ins/inspections, administer lease documents, review notices to vacate, and follow up on service requests while supporting the Community Director/Manager and Leasing team to drive resident retention and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with computers and common office software.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with the property management team.
• Provide courteous, professional responses and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Assist in inspecting model homes and vacant homes for tours.
• Administer move-in lease documents and home inspections with residents.
• Coordinate notices to vacate, pre-inspections, move-outs, and final inspections.
• Monitor rental account balances and ensure accurate charges in YARDI.
• Support community curb appeal and upkeep of office, amenities, and homes.
