Huntington Village Homes seeks a Community Supervisor to assist the Community Director and Manager in operating the property and ensuring resident satisfaction. You will interact with residents, vendors, and Hunt employees while leading site operations including rent collection, delinquencies, and notices.

Responsibilities include preparing financial and leasing reports, coordinating maintenance, moving in/out processes, renewals, and vendor payments. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.
• 2+ years property leasing experience; 1 year supervising others; familiarity with YARDI preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitors accounts receivable, collects rent, posts rent, and maintains rent roll.
• Collects delinquent balances and processes tenant refunds.
• Prepares daily/weekly/monthly financial and leasing reports including month-end close and lease expiration matrices.
• Audits records for lease expirations, delinquencies, and notices; processes evictions and court filings.
• Leases units as needed and handles renewals; sends lease expiration letters.
• Coordinates with maintenance for unit reconditioning after move-outs and conducts inspections.
• Assists in staff performance management and resident relations; supports resident retention activities.
• Creates purchase orders for office expenses and processes resident invoices for utilities.
