Job summary

Huntington Village Homes in Silverdale, WA is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests, maintain community appearance, and support the leasing team. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, move-in/out coordination, and attention to detail in resident records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Previous experience in sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with the property management team.
• Provide high level customer service and follow up on all resident interactions.
• Assist in moving-in/out inspections, lease documents, and model home readiness.
• Coordinate notices to vacate, pre-inspections, and final inspections; address damages and final bills.
