Job summary

Huntington Village Homes in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Community Manager to support the Community Director in operating the property and ensuring resident satisfaction. You will lead on-site staff, manage rent collection, delinquencies, and leasing activities while coordinating with vendors and residents.

The role involves preparing reports, overseeing compliance, and supporting resident retention and safety initiatives. A strong background in property management and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Community Supervisors, Leasing Specialists and Resident Service Specialists.
• Monitor accounts receivable, collect rent, post rent, and maintain balanced rent roll.
• Process evictions and related paperwork, attend court hearings, and manage lease files.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly financial and leasing reports, and lease expiration matrices.
• Perform property inspections and coordinate with maintenance for unit reconditioning.
• Assist with resident retention and community engagement events.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
