Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking a Resident Services Specialist to coordinate resident requests and support the property management team. The role focuses on customer service, handling move-ins/outs, and ensuring the community presents well to residents and visitors.

You will use YARDI to enter work orders, inspect model homes, and assist in marketing efforts while maintaining professional standards and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries.
• Enter work orders into YARDI and coordinate with the property management team.
• Provide high level customer service and follow up on all resident interactions to resolution.
• Inspect model and vacant homes to ready them for touring prospective clients.
• Administer move-in leases and inspections, coordinate notices to vacate and final inspections.
• Monitor rental account balances and ensure accurate fees in Yardi.
• Maintain curb appeal and office/amenities appearance.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure work orders are completed to residents' satisfaction.
• May perform other duties for the Community Director/Manager and Leasing team.
• Participate in monthly functions to aid resident retention.
