Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a friendly Resident Services Coordinator to join our Leasing team in Gahanna, OH. You’ll be the central point of contact for prospective and current residents, guiding them through the application and move-in process and coordinating lease renewals and resident events.

You’ll greet residents, answer calls, manage package delivery, maintain tour paths, and support the property with hospitality, sales focus, and strong teamwork to deliver an exceptional living

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, or leasing operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about the community and model homes to prospective residents.
• Guide applicants through the application and lease process and coordinate move-ins.
• Assist with new lease applications and renewal processes.
• Greet residents and guests in a professional manner and respond to questions.
• Answer and direct incoming calls; manage packages and deliveries.
• Support events and tour paths; help maintain grounds and cleanliness.
• Assist with training of co-workers as needed.
• Submit service requests in the property management system and document issues.
