You will support leasing leadership, guide prospective residents through applications and leases, and help ensure a smooth move-in experience while maintaining a welcoming community environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required or equivalent.
• Hospitality, sales, customer service, or leasing operations experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to learn applicable software programs and backend administration.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Fair housing regulations knowledge is required.
• Weekend availability and valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about the community and leasing options to prospects.
• Guide applicants through the application and lease process up to move-in.
• Assist with renewals and respond to resident questions and concerns.
• Support storefront aesthetics, tour path, and site cleanliness.
• Answer calls, greet guests, and coordinate moves, events, and trainings.
