Job summary

Quest Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Columbus, OH community. You will handle leasing transactions, show available units, and manage applications, deposits, and approvals while maintaining strong resident relations and promoting the property’s amenities.

You will also support marketing efforts, renewals, and daily clerical tasks, ensuring a positive, compliant experience for prospective and current residents. Prior multifamily and PMS familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Experience in customer-service oriented roles.
• Experience in multifamily property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in lease transactions and gather applicant history and credit approvals.
• Greet prospects, tour property and close the sale; process applications and deposits.
• Maintain resident relations and ensure adherence to community policies.
• Update marketing materials, advertise vacancies and manage renewal processes.
• Provide general clerical support to the community office and respond to inquiries.
