This role requires a High School Diploma, strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Weekend and holiday availability, plus a valid driver's license, are expected as part of our community-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, or leasing operations preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of applicable software programs and backend administrative management.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proven excellent customer service skills, teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about the community and model home choices and the resident living experience.
• Bring sales-focused energy to the leasing environment to assist all leasing associates after the close of the sale.
• Guide applicants through the application and lease process up to move-in.
• Coordinate renewal lease process for current residents.
• Follow up on resident questions and support all customer service efforts in the community.
• Assist with maintaining tour path and upkeep of grounds and site cleanliness.
• Serve as central point of contact for new Move-Ins, resident services, and related activities.
• Submit service requests in the property management system and report damages or deficiencies.
