Lifestyle Property Management in Ohio seeks a Resident Services Coordinator to support leasing teams and enhance resident experiences at an assigned community. You will handle the prospect journey, move-ins, renewals, and daily resident interactions with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating leases, processing applications, assisting with events, and maintaining community aesthetics.

Competenze

High School Diploma required or equivalent.
Experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, or leasing operations preferred.
Must be detail-oriented with accurate work habits.
Able to learn applicable software and administrative tasks.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, with strong interpersonal skills.
Fair housing knowledge or willingness to learn required.
Weekend and holiday availability; valid driver's license.

Mansioni

Provide information on the community, model homes, and living experiences.
Drive the prospect journey: application generation, payments, lease generation, orientations, move-in experience.
Guide applicants through application and lease processes through move-in.
Assist with new leases and renewal processes; follow up on resident questions.
Support community aesthetics, tour paths, and grounds upkeep.
Greet residents professionally and expedite requests; build rapport.
Answer calls, patrol grounds, inspect amenities, and manage access.
Coordinate move-ins, resident services, and central contact point duties.
Handle packages, scanning, and event coordination; assist training if needed.
Submit service requests and report damages to Leasing Office.
