Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking a part-time concierge to enhance resident experiences in a luxury community in Columbus, OH. You will greet residents, assist with training, and coordinate special requests to create a five-star service environment.

You will manage events, provide local recommendations, and maintain logs for packages and communications, ensuring privacy and high standards of professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hospitality experience in a similar role.
• Familiar with common hospitality software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset to deliver a luxury lifestyle for residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist front office manager with training new team members.
• Arrange for special requests for residents (travel, dining, events).
• Coordinate events or special projects as assigned.
• Provide information on the local area and tours.
• Deliver concierge services with integrity and professionalism.
• Maintain privacy and data for residents.
• Establish relationships with local merchants and service providers.
• Log and manage packages and lost-and-found items.
• Assist with newsletters and mailings; prepare weekly activity reports.
• Review events calendar and daily operations to answer questions.
• Monitor fire alarm panel; assist with move-ins/move-outs as approved.
• Communicate resident concerns to management promptly.

Education
