The role requires 1–2 years in property management or customer service, proficiency with MS Office and property software (Yardi, Payscan), and a valid driver's license. Flexibility and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vendors or scheduling services is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property software (Yardi, Payscan) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct home inspections related to move in/out.
• Coordinate vendor services and manage work orders.
• Maintain make-ready boards and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Work with maintenance team to assign and schedule requests.
• Provide residents with charges related to move out/final inspections.
• Create purchase orders for vendor services and supplies.
